The 31st of March deadline for Hostel purchase is not for freshers
You don't have to be in any rush if you're a new student. I learnt you can get it even when you resume or anytime before then. To buy the form of any Hall of Residence (Zenith,Pioneer and Boys Hostel) all you need do is pay #500 at the bursary, collect the form and submit to the student affairs.
